We are a training practice teaching both qualified but junior doctors and medical students from London medical schools. If you prefer not to be seen with a student present, please let your doctor or a receptionist know.
Appointments are usually bookable up to a maximum of 4 weeks in advance.
Should your doctor be unavailable on your choice of day, you will be offered the choice of seeing another doctor, or if appropriate, one of our practice nurses. If you prefer to see your doctor, you may of course choose another day.
By operating an appointment system at the Health Centre we hope to minimise patient waiting times; however, although we try hard to keep to time, we may be delayed by difficult cases or emergencies. Please be patient and remember that you may require extra time one day.
No appointments are available on Saturday mornings at the practice.
Improved Access to GP appointments
From the 3rd April 2018, Patients registered at the practice can book evening and weekend appointments with a GP at Caterham Dene Hospital.
Monday - Friday 4-8pm
Saturday and Sunday 8am-8pm
Caterham Dene Community Hospital, Church Road, Caterham, CR3 5RA.
The hubs provide both routine and urgent appointments. Appointments can be booked by calling the practice directly. Please note from Tuesday April 3rd there will no longer be a walk in GP service at Caterham Dene Hospital. Patient's must book an appointment prior to attending. Please note the practice has an allocation of appointments which are first come, first served.
*GPs working at the new hubs will be able to access patients’ medical records if the patient is happy to share their information in this way. You can decline for your information to be shared in this way and will be asked before any of your information is shared.
Patients attending the hubs will be treated by a range of experienced clinicians, ensuring that patients are treated by the most appropriate person, in the right place and at the right time.
These appointments are funded by NHS East Surrey CCG and delivered by Alliance for Better Care Ltd, the local GP Federation
